A kitchen from ALNO will easily last for 20 years. For the sake of quality, ALNO prefers  to have control over every stage of the process – that is why ALNO kitchens are “made in Germany”.

ALNO has  had a passion for building good kitchens for over 80 years, and know what’s important: first-rate materials, skilled craftsmen, technical precision.  Every stageis checked carefully in the creation of each kitchen from the ALNO AG, from receipt of goods to final assembly. Of course, all quality guidelines with regards to light fastness, scratch, wear and chemical resistance etc. are met. The GS certificate guarantees reliability and longevity of functional and moving parts. In addition, these parts are also tested in our factory laboratory.  The  quality management system, which has been perfected over the years, ensures a high level of production. And some pieces of furniture are even today still finished off by us by hand.

The history of ALNO is as unique as our kitchens.
The company was founded in 1927 in the workshop of carpenter Albert Nothdurft. Over the next 30 years, the company grew consistently and eventually moved to Pfullendorf, where it is still based today. In 1958 ALNO Möbelwerke GmbH + Co KG was officially founded. In the following decades the company achieved international recognition for its kitchens. In 1995 ALNO became a public limited company and one of Europe’s market leaders. Over 750 employees based at Pfullendorf craft exquisitely designed ALNO kitchens of the highest quality. Across Europe and the world, these kitchens are central to family living.
